No, you cannot put an air conditioner in it.

Hi ChelleAynn,  If you are referring to stand up AC unit, you should be able to do that.   There is no open window, so you would be changing the integrity of the tent by cutting a window into it.  I would not recommend that.  Thank you,  LK

How do you configure the sleeping arrangements to accomodate 12 people?

We loved the tent it was very spacious- the instructions we very vague!!! B UT we figured it out after about 1 hour.

The tent is a great tent for the $$$

Setting it up was so easy, everything is color coded in the ends of the poles. The tent is massive on the inside, and we just went through a thunderstorm and almost as if it didn't happen. I love it!

Amazing Purchase

1. Spacious. We fit 2 queen size extra deep air mattresses plus 2 standard size cots and still had room to walk and keep our things. High ceilings are great.
2. Closet space is cool. The kids decided to sleep in this space like a little cave. 
3. Closet shelves are as expected and can hold just a few pieces of clothing or lightweight items each. Even a cell phone may be too heavy.
4. Comes with lights! 2 strands of lights can run on left and right side of tent and there's a little pocket near door for the battery pack on/off button. Good night time lights.
4. Assembly can be challenging for the inexperienced. Instructions provided are not detailed at all. Trust me it does get easier once you figure it out. First time it too 2-3 people 30 minutes. Second time it took 2 people less than 10 minutes. 1 person could do it but getting the legs in would be a bit tricky alone. 
5. Comes with a clothesline. We hung it inside in front a window. Works great. 
6. Lots of little rings attached inside to hang either the lights or clothesline or anything really. Just depends how much weight you want to put on the tent. 
Some cons:
1. The floor was sticky. Tried wiping and mopping it but didn't do much. We just put a a blanket down. Hopefully over time it goes away.
2. Material of tent walls and floor is thinner than expected. Recommend applying waterproof treatment to seams and rainfly. Lots of work but it'll ensure durability.
3. There are no windows on the back side. A bit strange as the air doesn't flow through as easy on a hot day but less windows makes for less leaks I guess. 

Overall I would recommend this tent for its spaciousness and ease of assembly.

Spacious and easy to assemble

super easy to set up with 2 people. 10 minutes max. super spacious. many compliments from other campers. were a family of 6. we fit 3 queen beds and there was space for 4. the closets stored all of our gear without having things on the floor and the space between them fit a projector screen perfectly.

LOVE IT

The set up diagrams and instructions are vague. Overall, spent the last 4 nights in oklahoma spring storms. Tent performed wonderfully. 40mph winds and hours of intense rain.

we did our first family trip with our 3 kids this past weekend. love the space it provided. recieved a lot of compliments on the size. very pleased with the tent, just needs better instructions.

I want to give this a 5 star but cant because of the following. Great price and overall descent quality,  but DID NOT hold up in the wind :( 
The “closet” rods broke as well as the rods for the peak. The tent is so tall you can stand up in it. Was able to fit 2 king mattresses plus a queen. Unfortunately I think that was the design flaw for this. Its just so big, it caught too much air. Therefor the rods broke and swayed. It just wasn't sturdy enough. Was pretty easy to put together once you get the hang of the ‘color coordination', so thats nice. BUT it Doesnt come with a manual, so you may want to look at the design before camping lol otherwise it may be a puzzle piece for some. It has plenty room, nice storage etc. For the price its great but only got to use once before breaking so that was the frustrating part. Just not durable enough, hence the 3 star because I out it right in the middle as a ~~“so-so”!

Set it up for the first time a few days after I bought it, and realized that it had a whole on the back left side of the tent. Looks like it was cut by something not sure how as I had just purchased it a few days prior and it was still in the box up until the day I opened it and set it up for the first time.

Did not handle lots of rain here in Montana!  We had tarps covering the tent as well and the poles could not handle rain!  Not worth the purchase.  Request refund or stronger poles
