This was a great purchase. It's so relaxing and nice to have. It says 2 people to assemble, but I was able to put it together alone. The canopy broke while I was putting it on, but I'm glad we don't have it actually. Easier to get sun that way.

So Relaxing

My box arrived looking like it'd be run over by a bus. One end was wide open and I was shocked I wasn't missing any pieces. The directions were pretty clear, but it took my nephew and I all afternoon to get it together. It is definitely pretty high off the ground and takes a certain strategy to get into it, but once I'm in and reclined it is so so comfortable and nice. I hope it lasts! I'm still unclear what the little switches do that are under the arm rests. Lol

I am torn!

We’ve only had the swing for a few days and it is not very comfortable. First it hard to get into since it’s so tall, I’m 5’3. Once you’re in the seat the only way to swing is by pushing yourself hiding the frame. Even my husband (he’s 5’11) can’t swing using his feet…they don’t touch the ground either. This is really not comfortable for short people. If it wasn’t so ch a pain to take it apart, I’d return it.
Also, like everyone else the packaging was horrible! It needed another band on the box to secure it. A package of parts had opened and we found a spring had rolled down our driveway and a couple of screws were sitting in the driveway. Okay

Too tall

My husband put together this swing in mid July and we loved it until the part for the canopy broke.  Now we have a swing with no shade.  We tried gluing the part back on but it wil not hold.  Very disappointed for such an expensive swing.  Now we have to find out where to get a replacement part.  Sigh!!

Broken canopy part :(

Love the swing now that it is put together, and I know all the pieces were there. When it arrived it was in horrible condition. See picture below. Thankfully all the pieces were still in the box. I know this is most likely the delivery companies doing but it was pretty ridiculous.

Nice swing, horrible delivery.

Several bolts stripped out and were unusable.  The stitching on one of the seats has come out and in no time unravel the entire area. The chair is extremely high and difficult to get up in to and Im 5 feet 7 inches tall.  I like the idea, just needs tweaking.

Given more thought, it would be very nice.

I wanted this swing for 3 summers already and my children bought it for me for Mothers Day . The swing is really nice but it's made terrible the swing says 350 weight limit  n nobody that Sat on the swing comes close to that. The arms  arm made of plastic instead of steel n they literally cracked I have to send it back. They offered to send me replacements but I feel it's going to do the same thing. For 317.00 i.feel it should be made better.  It's a shame because my daughter's say it's so comfortable. But I have to say don't waste your money.

Others wrote about issues with packaging.   I of course said "can't happen to me".  Well it did.   Did not open and immediately asked for a refund.   Walmart should be ashamed that they sent a product out like that or really need to hire a different vendor.   I am embarrassed for them.   Really liked the idea of the product so very disappointed.

Horrible packaging

Putting aside the headache of the shopping and having to travel 4 hours to pick the swing up (rural La...shipment never arrived so had to go to Houston to get swing), this swing does not hold up). Only a couple months old and already, the hinges are breaking. Supposed to be capable of holding 250 lbs. I weigh under 200 and hubby is less than 215. My pics do not show it well but the hinges are bulging out and giving way.  They are supposed to be in line with the swing arm. Definitely DO NOT recommend!  It was enjoyable while it lasted but definitely not worth the money!
