We've gone through airbeds, self-inflating mattresses and metal-framed camping beds in our search for the perfect night's sleep under canvas.  Airbeds have always proved the most comfortable but 20 minutes of sweaty pumping, especially after sometimes struggling to get the tent up in windy or rainy conditions, has never been an attractive option.  This airbed has been a godsend though, and does exactly what it says on the tin.  I've had it completely inflated within about 90 seconds with my Vango double-action pump, which is a smaller capacity than the one Decathlon sell.  I've no idea how the valve works, but work it does!  Similarly, the idea of being able to unscrew the whole valve unit to create a bigger hole when deflating the mattress is both simple and extremely effective - the mattress packs down and rolls up easily into its accompanying bag.  It'll get a better test when we use it at the Green Man Festival in a month or two but it looks really promising so far - highly recommended.

only based on 1 weekend's use up to now, but is the comfiest air bed i've ever used and is the only one i've ever bought that hasn't gone down at all over consecutive nights use.  The valve means that all the air you put in when inflating, stays in too.

best mattress i've ever purchased

The most comfortable air bed I have ever slept on (and I’ve slept on many). No bouncing around when your partner moves nor deflating at night. Only used for 1 weekend so far but have high hopes it’ll last longer than the last few, cheaper air beds I’ve purchased.

We bought this for a guest when they decide to come by and visit and it was a very easy setup plug it in for power and there it goes feels up very quick all you have to do is put on the bed sheets blankets pillow you're ready to go

Buy the best I thought; big mistake.
Have 2 doubles and a single and all tend to go flat overnight. Not sure it’s the bulky valve assembly or the mattress itself. Tried cleaning the blue cover just in case it’s leaking through the seal. The valve assembly is a bit fiddly to get on properly too; it’s easily cross threaded. You finish pumping and hear it leaking. Reconnecting means you have to start again. Anyone want mine?

Bit of a letdown

This is JUNK and wal mart shouldn't be selling this product. It doesn't show that the pump is sold separately for more than the mattress, itself. And then when you do blow it up, a few hours later  it's down!

I should be refunded for this junk.
