i have problems with top coat getting little bubbles on top of the polish and ruins manicure. I don&#39;t even shake it up and it still gets bubbles.

This is the best base coat ever. Most of the nail polish stain my nails but this base coat prevented that. It also helps to protect my natural nails. Love it.

In my opinion, OPI Is the best nail polish.  It's definitely a name that you can trust.  I ordered not only this base coat but the top coat as well because they always make my nails look great!  I'm waiting for some of the other colors I've ordered to arrive and I look forward to using all of my OPI products for an amazing manicure and pedi!!  Love it!!

OPI is the Best Out There

I'm not sure what steps the people took that left the negative reviews but here is how I used it. I first used 2 coats of OPI Nail Envy nail strengthener, allowed that to dry completely. Then applied 2 coats of OPI Black Onyx, waited 15 minutes. Then applied this Matte Top Coat, one blob centered starting at the lowest part of my nail bed and using the same product on the nail one light stroke to the left and the right then the center again. Then I dip it back and repeat per nail. I waited another 10min to allow that to dry before applying another coat. My nails looks perfectly matte. I'm loving it!

I got this base coat from Influenster and I LOVE IT. It's a great product and it kept my nail polish looking smoother and fresher for longer

Amazing base coat

I applied two coats of this nail polish and let it sit for a couple hours to make sure it dried and now my ring hasn't turned my finger green at all ever since.
